LOOK STAGE
Intense ruby red with slightly purplish hues.
SCENT STAGE
With an intense aroma, rich in expression with nuances of the aging process, ripe red fruit and hints of spice and cocoa sweets stand out.
TASTE STAGE
Featuring sweet and smooth tannins, it is round, fleshy and full of spiced sensations, with a broad finish.

Recommended for cured cheese, stews, barbecue meets.
Datos Técnicos
Grape variety: 100% Tempranillo, the main red variety in Spain.
Protected Geographical Indication: D.O. La Mancha.
Aging: Aged for 12 months in French and American oak casks.
Preparation: After destemming, the grapes are vatted at low temperature for 24-48 hours in self-draining tanks where the pre-fermentation maceration of the skins takes place a CO2-saturated atmosphere. Subsequently, the temperature increases, so that alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 25 ºC. The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and then the wine is aged in oak casks. To fish, different qualities of wines are blend in order to get the final wine well structured.
