Virgen de las Viñas Wine Cellar and Olive Oil Press is clearly committed to training the farmers they work with as well as the general public.
The main aims of the teaching area are:
To help partners to adapt and/or convert their vineyard and olive groves, trying to make them more competitive.
Training both associates and the general public in subjects of interest such as:
- wine and olive oil tasting
- crop management
- computers
A Postgraduate Masters has been run twice: Integral Management of Wine, aimed at professionals in the sector and university staff in general, among other events of interest to university circles.
